Information we collect

The app collects only information you have actively added. The app is demo purposes and the data that is stored uses any arbitrary information given by the user. iGrant.io does not collect any information about the user in this wallet.


Personal data protection

The data that is stored in the data wallet app is encrypted and only when the user accesses the app will the content be decrypted.

For iGrant.io ledger network connection, iGrant.io maintains appropriate standard security practices, including encryption, passwords and physical security measures, as well as management procedures to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data. Only a limited number of persons within LCubed AB are authorised to access, modify and delete your personal data that is stored on the www.igrant.io website. In case of any data breach, we will promptly inform our users of it as per the regulatory guideline.


Use and purpose of information

The data that is collected demonstrates the usage of SSI technology and creation of verifiable credentials. The verifiable credential can be used for performing proof and demonstrate the technology zero knowledge proof (zkp). The sharing of the information in the verifiable credential is in complete control of the user of the app.

For support and related services, we use minimal information (your name, email id or phone number) that helps us respond to your service requests and support your needs more efficiently. We may also use your feedback to improve our products and services, as well as your email address to send information and updates related to your order. Your email address may also be used to respond to inquiries and other requests. We store your email address when you download reports or subscribe to our newsletter and mailing lists.


Sharing of personal data

No data is shared without your full control. The purpose of the data wallet service is to help you know exactly who is requesting your data, for what purpose and which information is requested. You have full transparency on what is requested and you will have a record of every request so you can track of the requests.


Access to information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of this information, please email us: our contact details are at the end of the privacy notice. In order to make sure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date you may ask us to correct or remove any information you think is inaccurate. No information is shared except with your explicit consent from you. You have full control of the access. The correction of a verifiable credential is done in two steps, the revocation of the original faulty verifiable credential and issuing a new credential.
